Our client is a leading of Container Terminal Operation. **Responsibilities**: - Managing the entire Human Resources function to attract and retain our employees. - Being able to work closely with people at all levels and carry out operational and strategic activities for the country. - Supporting the people element during the business operation in Thailand and South Asia countries. - Rolling out global/regional HR programs (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Management, Job grading, Recruitment, HR Systems, etc.). - Handling all transactional activities for the company, both from business and HR perspectives. - Being aware of all Labor & Statutory laws and ensuring the company is compliant with all such requirements at all times. - Ensuring monthly reports as per the business and statutory requirements are maintained and compliant. This includes but is not limited to headcount analysis, employee personal details, payroll, dashboard, exit analysis, budgeting, and manpower expense analysis including maintaining employee personal records in hard copies. - Handling the benefits administration. - Initiating and executing in-house employee communication programs and employee events through building strategic channels and platforms. - Building and delivering smooth and right people management services for all companies locations. - Being able to do other assigned by supervisor. - Executing and supporting Operation Manager on related to employee relation matters (ensuring problems are dealt with speedily and at the lowest possible level, by laid down policies), including discipline, capability, grievance, absence control, redundancy, appraisal, harassment, etc. - Executing conducting exit interviews, and responsible for the process of RIF, etc., in line with company and government regulations. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors or masters degree in HR management or the related field. - At least 8-10 years experience working in HR generalist, ER, and Labor law. - Good human relations, a positive attitude, high responsibility, and problem-solving skills with a good service mind. - Strong self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical skills. - Good Communication Skills in English. - Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and good management skills.
