**Responsibilities**: - Verifying and checking payment requests and support documents in accordance with legal, internal control and financial report requirements. - Checking supporting documents such as invoices and delivery notes, etc., (calculations and tax related to payments, approvals following company DOA). - Recording AP transactions in SAP according to the IFRS and Tax laws. - Filing all payment vouchers and supporting documents. - Preparing and submitting monthly TAX reports, social security and other required. - Adjusting accrued and prepaid accounts. - Conducting assets register and depreciate transactions. - Preparing and checking reconciliation details on a monthly basis. - Performing various other assignments as requested. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting. - At least 1 years experience in an accounting function. - Aged between 22-30 years old. - Good accounting & administrative discipline. - Hardworking and able to work under pressure. - Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Excel and Word. - Knowledge of SAP software will be an added advantage.
