Work on HRD,Training, KM in the whole process. Good at communication and managing project skills. Experience in HRD,KM in retail is preferable. Responsibiities. Prepare training plan and budget stewardship for training (Safety Training Plan & Budget). Collect training information, prepare reports and follow up the training results. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Organize the training and provide training suggestion, related to safety in the workplace professional level and Committee on Occupational safety and Working Environmental. Perform as a facilitator in each training course. Qualifications. Minimum bachelor s degree in human resources or related fields. At least 1-2 years of working experience. Strong people management skills in training. Proficient in MS Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
