JOB DESCRIPTION: **Responsibilities**: - The Sales Support Executive is a general support to the Head of Commercial Development (direct reporting line) - Intermediary between KAM and internal departments - Investigate issues: sales support to check if they can solve, otherwise we will report to other function teams: - Reminders to the Sales teams on any processes or ensure aware of any new updates about the systems - Help with any general questions from Sales - Assist with some training for new KAMs about cases and Sales Support - Issue tracking (JIRA). Understands, analyzes, and identifies Trends and Opportunities followed by regional implementation and aligned with global strategy - Client maintenance: Send information for client (New & Existing Clients) - Data Alignment Coordination with Sales team (Tableau & Salesforce) / ensure the client data aligned among the systems: - Review the structure / hierachy of the accounts. Ensure Data Integrity of Salesforce (Coordination with Sales team). Assist with relating accounts in SF so that they share the same Reporting Level - Coordination of creating and maintaining Reporting Level - To make sure Account Owner/Behaviours are tally in SF and Tableau and liaise with BOL SS to align discrepancy - Data Cleaning Actions: Coordinate and help to manage data cleaning actions with sales team - Monitor cases pending with CRM and Admin to see if can assist the KAM or follow up with the relevant department to get the case closed - Gather information, report and coordinate system improvements requested by the sales managers and escalate to the appropriate department - for Web, XML, SF, Atlas, Tableau etc. - Act as a link between subregions. He makes sure everybody has access and accurately uses all the available information/techniques/procedures/systems - Shares regular follow-ups on current initiatives at Region level, to give RD a clear view You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
