Location: **Thailand** - Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction: - International Supply Chain (ISC) is an innovative business of Lazada, that operates local stores opened by international (mainly Chinese) sellers on the big group level, and engages sellers by establishing and improving the local commercial environment for oversea sellers. The role is to support the regional development of these group sellers across six countries and find synergies across different countries and groups.**Responsibilities**: - Exploit external resources (social group, industry association, functional bodies of eco-system) and internal resources (Lazada Regional team and all relevant departments) to BD new group sellers, and link with the joint leadership team of multiple existing stores. - Keep close cooperation with the sellers through instant and forceful instant communication with the sellers C-level leadership team, and co-operate with the sellers key issues from top to down; coordinate across countries on the seller development and management. - Make a practical strategy for the business development, on the basis of the wide awareness of the whole China-SEA supply chains running situation, SEA consumption trend, and Lazadas strategy, regulations, and relevant data. - Have a clear view of seller level, category level, product level, and Lazada platforms function development. **Job Requirements** - Requirements/Qualifications(must have): - 1. Proficient Chinese & English speaking and writing skills - 2. At least 6-8 years of e-commerce/Chinese seller management/cross-border trade/consulting-related experience with an understanding of Chinas e-commerce landscape (including the industrial belt) - 3. At least 4 years of management experience - 4. Data sensitive, proficient Excel-analysis user and good PPT & presentation skills, excellent commerce sense, and logic - 5.
