Operation Admin shall be tasked to provide the following services related to the following: A. General Administrative Work related to: a. Collect and consolidate sales data from various distributors, then transform and upload it to the CRM system. b. Prepare and distribute sales reports to users. c. Maintain the Field Force territory information within the CRM system. d. Assist with the System Simplification Project led by Commercial-Ops, aiming to replace manual reporting processes with an automated system over time. Requirements: General Skillset a. Excellence in Excel, PivotTable, and Formula b. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity c. Willing to work in a hybrid environment. d. Liaise with Pfizer colleagues on internal processes and requirements. Key Behaviors/Abilities Organizational capabilities Commercial awareness The ability to analyze data and spot trends.
