Lead day-to-day execution of warehouse, fulfillment, installations, RMA. 2. Manage inventory flow and inventory system in the warehouse. 3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure we have enough inventory. 4. Set up troubleshooting and recovery procedures. 5. Lead team of technicians for delivery, installations and RMA. 6. Drive operations team performance in achieving targets and monitoring of KPIs. 7. Close collaboration through positive relationships with the operations team and other departments like Sales, Customer Service, Management. 8. Provide world-class customer satisfaction through operational excellence and efficiency. 9.
