Great opportunity to become a Country Manager with one of the worlds leading aviation fuel suppliers. This is a special role to lead and implement new projects in Thailand and deal with different clients across the globe. Seeking a Thai expert in Operations and Marketing. Experienced in the Oil and Gas industry will be welcomed to be a part of leaders with dynamic and fast-growing companies in Thailand. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Directing management of the company/Affiliating assets and interests in Thailand and countries nearby. - representing the companys interests within Thailand as appropriate. - Providing support to the the company Operations Director as required. - Providing support to the companys Technical/ Business Development Directors regarding business in Thailand and country nearby. - Minimizing the companys Liability exposure by ensuring that the Companys insurance obligations are met at all times. **ACTIVITIES AND OUTPUTS**: - Implementation, monitoring and reporting of SSHE - SHEMS Policies and compliance with the company Standards and Procedures and Quality Control Manuals at the company terminal and across all Operations in Thailand. - Safe and cost efficient operation within Thailand and countries nearby. - To maintain cost management for the company and Capital expenditure including the preparation and control of budgets. - Development, in liaison with the New Business Development Manager of new Regional Airport opportunities in the Far East by Supporting the company Business Development Project team to manage new project in Thailand. - Implementation of approved Company Strategy from the company. - Assistance to the Marketing & Sales, Supply & Logistics, IT, Technical and Finance Departments concerning Thailand. **Educational Qualifications (essential or preferred)**: - Thai speaker and good command of English - 8 to 10 Years Oil Company experience. - Commercially orientated with both Marketing and Operational experience. - Proven ability to negotiate with good communications skills. - Education to Degree standard or equivalent. - Technical oil industry qualifications desirable.
